New Delhi: Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday said that the Army avenged the anti-India and terrorist organisations that wiped the sindoor from the foreheads of many women by launching Operation Sindoor.
Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor in Lucknow, he further said that the Army’s actions were not limited to border areas alone but echoed loudly even in the Pakistan Army Headquarters in Rawalpindi.”We not only targeted military bases near the border but the reverberation of Indian armed forces was heard even in Rawalpindi where the HQ of Pakistani Army is located,” he said.
Rajnath Singh slammed Pakistan for targeting civilians and places of worship in India in response to Operation Sindoor. Speaking on India’s counter-offensive against terror pads, Rajnath Singh said the Army, in contrast, exercised caution and restraint, targeting only the terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan through precision strikes.
