Rahul Gandhi Strategizes to Defeat BJP, Meets Gujarat Congress Party Workers

Ahmedabad: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi held meetings with party members and workers in Gujarat on Saturday as part of efforts to strengthen the party’s strategy against the BJP. Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) President Shaktisinh Gohil acknowledged that party workers openly voiced their concerns to Gandhi, including internal challenges within the organization.
According to Gohil, Gandhi encouraged a transparent dialogue, with some workers highlighting factionalism within the party. However, he dismissed claims of divisions, asserting that Congress remains united in its mission for public service.
Congress to Finalize Strategy Post-National Convention
Gohil clarified that the meeting was strictly internal and focused on gathering feedback from the grassroots. He criticized misleading reports about the discussions and stated that the party will finalize its strategy after the upcoming national convention.
No Compromise on Party Discipline
During interactions with village – small town level workers, Gandhi emphasized the importance of mass movements and organizational discipline. He assured that Congress would take necessary steps to strengthen its structure, even if it meant removing members who do not align with party principles.
The meetings mark a significant step in Congress’s preparations to take on the BJP in upcoming political battles.
