Both the iPhone 16e and iPhone 16 share a similar design, featuring a 6.1-inch display. However, the iPhone 16e don’t MagSafe support, which is present in the iPhone 16. This means that while both devices support wireless charging, the iPhone 16e’s charging speed is limited to 7.5W, compared to the iPhone 16’s faster 25W MagSafe charging.

Performance

Under the hood, both models are powered by Apple’s A18 chip, ensuring swift performance for everyday tasks and seamless multitasking. This makes the iPhone 16e nearly as capable as its more expensive counterpart.

Camera

The iPhone 16e is equipped with a single 48-megapixel rear camera capable of 2x portrait shots, while the iPhone 16 offers a dual-camera setup, providing more versatility for photography enthusiasts.

Battery Life

According to Apple’s official website, the iPhone 16e delivers up to 26 hours of video playback, slightly less than the iPhone 16’s 27 hours. Both devices support 20W wired charging, but as mentioned earlier, the iPhone 16e’s wireless charging is limited due to the absence of MagSafe.

The iPhone 16e starts at Rs 59,900, making it a more affordable option as for say “APPLE” compared to the iPhone 16. Pre-orders for the iPhone 16e began on February 21, with sales starting on February 28.
