Congress worker’s body found in a suitcase !

Rohtak: The discovery of a young female Congress worker’s body stuffed inside a suitcase near Sampla Bus Stand on the Rohtak-Delhi Highway has sent shockwave across Haryana, prompting an intense police investigation. The victim , a 22 year old Himani Narwal, a resident of Kathura village in Sonepat, was an active Congress worker known for her participation in Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra i Haryana and her involvement alongside Rohtak MP Deepender Hooda.

The body of the victim was found on the eve of municipal elections in the state. A Dupatta was found wrapped around her neck and had mehendi on her hands. Blood stains were found on her body , Haryana police have launched an investigation into the matter. Congress MLA Bharat Bhushan Batra said that the police should investigate this. SIT should be formed in this case.

Who was Himani Narwal ?

Himani narwal, resident of Rohtak’s Vijay nagar area. The 22 year old is a woman congress worker whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase in Rohtak’s Sampla. Himani was seen walking along Congress leader Rahul Gandhi during the “Bharat Jodo Yatra’. The slain Congress had also shared a photo with Rahul Gandhi on social media, wherein she was seen wearing a traditional state attire.

Family’s statement on her murder !

Savita Narwal, mother of the Congress Haryana woman worker Himani Narwal whose body was found stuffed in a suitcase in Rohtak’s sampla, claimed that the party members could be behind her murder and that the family would not perform the last rites of her until justice is served. She even claimed that the factor of jealousy could have been the motive behind her daughter’s murder.
