London (Lord’s): The final day of the third and deciding Test (From 3.30 PM onwards) between India and England at the iconic Lord’s promises to be a dramatic finish. Chasing a target of 193, India ended Day 4 at 58 for 4, still needing 135 runs to win, while England require 6 more wickets. Despite the pressure, Indian all-rounder Washington Sundar remains upbeat and confident about the team’s chances.
Rahul holds the key:
KL Rahul, who is unbeaten on 33, stands as India’s biggest hope. Having already scored two centuries in this series, Rahul is just the second Indian after Dilip Vengsarkar to score more than one Test hundred at Lord’s.
Yashasvi Jaiswal (0), Karun Nair (14), Shubman Gill (6), and Akash Deep (1) have already been dismissed. Still to bat are Rishabh Pant, Ravindra Jadeja, Washington Sundar, Nitish Reddy, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohammed Siraj.
England’s bowling damage was led by Brydon Carse, who took two wickets, while Ben Stokes and Jofra Archer claimed one each.

England assistant coach Marcus Trescothick acknowledged that the outcome hinges on how KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant perform on the final day:
