IND vs PAK, Asia Cup 2025 Final: For the first time in 41 years, India and Pakistan are clashing in the final of the Asia Cup. India entered the summit clash unbeaten after winning all their matches in the tournament, while Pakistan lost twice both defeats coming at the hands of Team India. This is also only the second time the two sides are meeting in a T20 final after the iconic 2007 World Cup final, which India won.
Batting first, Pakistan managed just 146 runs before being bowled out in 19.1 overs, leaving India a target of 147. Openers Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub began the innings for Pakistan. Farhan top-scored with 57, while Fakhar Zaman contributed 46. However, apart from the duo, Pakistan’s batting lineup collapsed under relentless Indian bowling pressure.
Three Pakistani batters registered ducks, and seven of them failed to cross double digits. After the 12th over, regular wickets kept tumbling as India tightened their grip on the contest.
India now need 147 runs to clinch the Asia Cup 2025 crown in this historic final.
