HYDERABAD: Actor Nidhhi Agerwal faced an uncomfortable moment on Wednesday after an unruly crowd surrounded her during the launch of the song “Sahana Sahana” from the upcoming film “The Raja Saab” at a mall in Hyderabad.
Videos from the event show Nidhhi Agerwal struggling to make her way to her car as fans and onlookers closed in from all sides. Security staff, including a bouncer, stepped in and escorted her out, but the chaotic visuals quickly spread online.
The episode triggered fresh discussion around celebrity safety and the need for better crowd control at public appearances. Many social media users voiced concern for Agerwal and criticised both the organisers and those in the crowd.

Singer Chinmayi Sripada called the crowd’s conduct harassment. In a post on X, she wrote: “Pack of men behaving worse than hyenas… Put ‘likeminded’ men together in a mob, they will harass a woman like this. Why doesn’t some God take them all away and put them in a different planet?”
