Rahul Gandhi To Unveil ‘Hydrogen Bomb’ Revelations on ‘Vote Chori’ in Special Press Conference

New Delhi: Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, is set to hold a special press conference on Thursday, September 18, amid heightened anticipation over his promised exposé on alleged “vote chori.” The announcement was made by Congress’ media department head, Pawan Khera, via a post on X.

The press briefing is scheduled for 10 AM at the Indira Bhawan Auditorium. While the party did not specify the exact agenda, it is widely expected to focus on Gandhi’s recent claims of systematic “vote chori” (vote theft) in the 2024 general elections.

This move follows Gandhi’s declaration during the conclusion of his Voter Adhikar Yatra on September 1, where he asserted that the Congress would soon reveal a “hydrogen bomb” of evidence regarding electoral malpractices. He claimed that after these revelations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi “will not be able to show his face to the country.”

Last month, Gandhi had already ignited controversy by citing data from the Lok Sabha polls to allege that over one lakh votes were “stolen” through manipulation in the Mahadevapura assembly segment in Karnataka. He described such alleged practices as an “atom bomb on democracy.”

The upcoming press conference is likely to address these allegations in greater detail, potentially presenting what the Congress claims is substantive evidence of electoral irregularities.
