Father of zipline operator on viral Pahalgam attack video says” We are muslims……..”
The father of zipline operator Muzammil, who was heard saying” Allah hu Akbar” in a viral video of the pahalgam attack moments before the pahalgam attack began has responded to the viral controversy and said that the phrase is a natural expression of faith among the muslims.
The father stated,” I have not watched the video… We are Muslims, even if the storm comes, we say ” Allah hu Akbar,” he said in an interview responding to the allegations that his son may have had prior knowledge of the attack. The zipline operator named,” Muzammil was seen operating the zipline at Baisaran meadow when terrorists opened fire on tourists, has since been detained and questioned by the NIA and Jammu and Kashmir Police.
The incident remarked from a tourist who visited pahalgam during the attack and was riding the zipline at that moment stating that the zipline operator shouted ” AllahuAkbar” thrice just before the firing began. He even added,” Nine peope ziplined before me, but the operator did not utter a word. When I was sliding, he spoke and then the firing stated….. He said ” Allahu Akbar” thrice and then the firing started said the tourist. The video filmed by the tourist during his zipline ride has captured the chaos as gunshots rang out in the background. The video has went viral on social and has added a controversial layer to the ongoing investigation into the terror attack that killed 26 tourists.
