Mangal Saroj, a resident of Kaushambi district in Uttar Pradesh, became an overnight millionaire by winning ₹4 crore on the fantasy sports platform Dream11 after placing a bet of just ₹39. Hailing from Ghaseeram ka Purwa village in Sarai Akil, Mangal Prasad currently works in a plywood manufacturing company in Hapur. On April 29, he formed a team on the Dream11 app for a match between Punjab and Chennai, subsequently winning crores. The news quickly spread across social media, turning him into an overnight sensation.

However, from the ₹4 crore winnings, Mangal will receive ₹2 crore 80 lakh, with the remaining 30 percent deducted as taxes.
