Golden Dome, Artistic Pillars — Stunning New Images of Ram Mandir’s First Floor Glimpse

Construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya is progressing rapidly, with nearly 85–90% of the total work now completed. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has shared breathtaking new images of the temple’s first floor, offering devotees a glimpse of its magnificent interiors.

The newly released photos showcase a golden dome and intricately carved pillars that reflect the finest craftsmanship and traditional design. The Trust posted four images on social media, captioned, “Beautiful glimpses of the first floor of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple enchanting and divine.”

The pictures show that preparations are nearly complete for devotees to have darshan not just of Ram Lalla, but also of Lord Ram’s royal court the Ram Darbar. The committee officials have confirmed that the main sanctum and temple structure will be fully completed by November 2025, while the remaining landscaping and beautification work across the temple premises will continue until March 2026.

Currently, the Ram Temple’s structure is in its final stages. The pran pratishtha (consecration ceremony) of Lord Ram’s idol took place on January 22, 2024, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed the main rituals according to Vedic traditions. The event drew saints, religious leaders, and millions of devotees from across India who witnessed the historic moment.

Following the pran pratishtha, the first phase of the temple was opened to devotees, while the rest of the construction work continues. True to India’s ancient architectural style, the temple showcases the rich cultural and historical heritage of northern India with its sanctum (garbhagriha), spire (shikhar), and pillars featuring exquisite carvings inspired by the Ramayana and other mythological tales.
