Father Son Duo Assaulted Outside Delhi Home, Stripped Naked

New Delhi : A chilling show of hooliganism in broad daylight sent shockwaves through a residential neighbourhood in Delhi. When a group of men physically assaulted a man, Rajesh Garg, and his son after dragging them outside their house. The mark in the case was registered in the case was not in the case in the case. The entire incident was captured by a nearby CCTV camera. The miscreants even stripped Garg’s son naked as bystanders looked on without intervening, another video footage shows. The incident took place on January 2. The CCTV footage shows a speeding Thar driving straight into an extension of a boundary wall outside the victims’ residence. Multiple men can then be seen getting out of the vehicle and assaulting the victims. The hooligans did not seem to be deterred even by the presence of the police as they were present there even after the responding team arrived at the scene.

Garg’s family said that the incident stemmed from a property dispute arising from a gym that operates at the victims’ residence. His wife, Rita said that her husband was also beaten in the basement of the house. The police have formed three teams to apprehend the absconding accused, namely Vikas Yadav, Shubham Yadav, Omkar Yadav, and Pintu Yadav. A case has been registered under several provisions of the BNSS, including Sections 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt), in connection with the matter.
