Ahmedabad: Narendra Modi Stadium of Ahmedabad has received an e-mail threatening to blow up with a bomb. GCA (Gujarat Cricket Association) received an e-mail from the name of Pakistan, in which a threat has been made to blow up the Narendra Modi Stadium by blasting it. Ahmedabad Police have been informed regarding the threat. A team of high-ranking officials of Ahmedabad Police and a bomb squad have been checking the stadium.
A senior IPS officer said that this e-mail has been received in the name of Pakistan JK and ‘We Will Blast Your Studium’ has been written in one line. The IPL match between Gujarat Titans And Lucknow Super Giants is scheduled to be held on May 14. After receiving this email a short while ago, GCA informed the Ahmedabad Police. A team of senior Ahmedabad Police officials and the bomb squad have conducted checking at the stadium.
‘We Will Blast Your Stadium’ Regarding this, a senior IPS officer stated that this email was received from someone named from Pakistan and contains one line saying ‘We Will Blast Your Stadium’. IPL matches are scheduled to be held in the coming days and instead of taking this email lightly.
