“Train Delays on Western Railway Due to Block”

A block on western railways will be taken on Saturday & Sunday, that is on 1st & 2nd March, 2025 . Announced by the railway officials mega block is been scheduled on Saturday and Sunday. The reason for the block is stated as shifting/diversion/height raising of Monopole between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations of Mumbai Central Division. The block will be for one- hour that is from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on 1st of March 2025, and from 09.50 am to 10.50am on 2nd of March,2025. The block will be on UP and Down Main Line.

According to Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Railway, Shri Vineet Abhishek, some of the trains will be affected due to the block. The details of the trains which will be affected on 1st & 2nd March, 2025 are as follows:

Short Termination/ Cancellation of trains on 1st March, 2025:

1. Train No. 93013 Virar – Dahanu Road Local departing from Virar at 09.30 hrs will short terminate at Vangaon and hence Train Nos. 93013 & 93014 will remain partially cancelled between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations.
   
2. Train No. 93015 Churchgate – Dahanu Road Local departing from Churchgate at 08.49 hrs will short terminate at Vangaon and hence Train Nos. 93015 & 93016 will be partially cancelled between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations.

Short Termination/Cancellation of Trains on 2nd March, 2025:-

1. Train No. 93011 Churchgate – Dahanu Road Local departing from Churchgate at 07.42 hrs will short terminate at Vangaon and hence Train Nos. 93011& 93016 will remain partially cancelled between Vangaon and Dahanu Road stations.
   
2. Train No. 93013 Virar – Dahanu Road Local departing from Virar at 09.30 hrs will short terminate at Boisar and hence Train Nos. 93013 & 93014 will remain partially cancelled between Boisar and Dahanu Road stations.

There will be some regulations in the trains running during the block, the list of the trains are as further :

Regulation of Trains on 1st March, 2025:-

1. Train No. 12990 Ajmer – Dadar Express will be regulated by 35 minutes.
   
2. Train No. 12980 Jaipur – Bandra Terminus Express will be regulated by 25 minutes.

Regulation of Trains on 2nd March, 2025:-

1. Train No. 12934 Ahmedabad – Mumbai Central Karnavati Express will be regulated by 35 minutes.
   
2. Train No. 09653 Ajmer – Bandra Terminus Special will be regulated by 01 hour.
