Shah Rukh Khan to move out of Mannat ?

Shah Rukh Khan’s mansion Mannat is always on the list of fans and tourists from all over the world when they visit Mumbai. The Mansions Mannat is also considered as a part of tourist spot for the fans of srk. Shah Rukh Khan resides in Mannat with his family. Previously, the Mannat mansion was known as the “Villa Vienna”, the heritage building built in 1914. RK, who filmed a scene for the movie Yes Boss at Bandstand, liked the property so much that he purchased it in 2001, as the property a Grade Three heritage status, he wasn’t allowed to make many adjustments to it, so he built an six – storey structure known as Mannat Annex behind it.

SRK to move out :

But come May, they will only get to see workers there as renovation work is on the cards for superstar’s house. SRK’s house Mannat will see some extensions and the work is planned for the next couple of years.

Actors’ wife Gauri khan had sought permission of the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) to add two additional floors to the Mannat Annex. According to the source, the estimated cost of surplusage of the two additional floors will be around Rs.25 crore.

SRK to rent a flat ?

As, the renovation procedure would take place according to the SRK’s company Red Chillies Entertainment entered into a leave and licence agreement with Bhagnani’s actor son Jackky Bhagnani and his daughter Deepshika Deshmukh, who co-own the property, Puja Casa. Furtherly , the source said that each floor has one flat but its not as spacious as Mannat is there is enough space to accommodate his security and other staff. Accordingly , the rent of the house is said to be around 24 lakh per month for four floors.

Yet, there is no official statement or report released by the actor.
