Saif Ali Khan Stabbing: Attacker in Custody as Bandra Police Plans Chargesheet Submission

The Saif ali khan stabbing case, the bandra police is supposed to submit the chargesheet in the Metropolitan magistrate Court in Bandra by march-end. The police must file the chargesheet within the 60 days according to the law, on 16th January the actor was stabbed multiple times by an intruder during an alleged robbery attempt at his home in bandra west. Saif ali khan was rushed for a surgery and has recovered well after coming home, the attacker was arrested, the actor suffered injured and was stabbed six times when the actor tried to confront the intruder as the intruder was trying to enter Jeh Ali Khan’s room.

The update on the saif ali khan stabbed case by police is, the bandra police will submit the charge sheet on the attack to Metropolitan Magistrate Court by march end. The attacker Shariful Islam a 30 year old Bangladeshi, is currently under the police custody , the police had previously confirmed that according to the forensic report, they had found some finger prints on the duct , the five prints of ast has matched with the attacker.

The charge sheet of the case will be submitted by March end with the statements of Saif Ali khan< Kareena Kapoor Khan which the Bandra police had recorded, the chargesheet also has statement from Saif;s staff members, and with four other people. The police has also included statement of Shariful’s acquaintance and his employer. The investigation has determined that the intention of the accused was solely theft and the accused was not aware that the house belonged to the actor.
