Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury flats in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 16.17 crore. The properties , located in Oberoi Sky Gardens, Andheri were purchased by a wealthy Mumbai-based family.
Bollywood Actress and global icon Priyanka Chopra Jonas has made limelight again, this time its for selling her four luxury apartments in Mumbai’s prime location for a staggering RS 16.17 crore. The news has made head turns as fans and real estate enthusiasts alike are eager to know more about this high profile property transaction. According to the sources, the actress sold four of her premium residential properties located in Oberoi Sky Gardens, a luxurious residential complex located in Lokhandwala, Andheri west, Mumbai. It is said that the transaction was officially finalized on march 3 , 2025, as per the documents accessed by Architectural Digest India.
The main reason behind her selling her luxurious property is said to be as the actress has shifted her base from Bollywood to Hollywood after marrying American singer Nick Jonas in 2018. The couple now resides in Los Angeles, USA. The couple has built up a lavish lifestyle. The actress continues to visit India for business and film-related commitments, she has been offloading several of her Mumbai properties in recent years. In the year 2023, Priyanka Chopra sold two penthouses and a commercial property in Andheri for Rs 13 crore. The actress has made strategic investments in the real estate, both in India and overseas. Her Los Angeles mansion which she shares with her husband is reportedly worth $20 million converted into INR it goes up to RS 165 crore. She even owns properties in New York,GOa , and severalother prime locations.
Priyanka Chopra owned three flats on the 18th floor and one on the 19th floor of the Oberoi Sky Gardens buildings. The buyers reportedly the affluent Sachdev family based in Mumbai, purchased these luxury apartments. The Flat 1 of 18th floor is sold for RS 3.45 crore, the second flat of the same floor is sold for 2.85 crore , the third floor also at the same floor is sold for RS 3.52 core while the most spent flat is said to be the fourth one on the 19th floor which was sold for RS 6.35 crore
