Mumbai: Uncertainty over the exact timing of the Maharashtra HSC Result 2026 has created confusion among students, with conflicting information suggesting either a 12 pm or 1 pm announcement, according to a report by NDTV. The lack of clarity has heightened anticipation among candidates awaiting their Class 12 results.
As reported by NDTV, while the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has officially indicated that the results will be declared at 1 pm, several online sources and platforms have circulated differing timings, leading to mixed expectations among students and parents.
The situation has been further complicated by updates on digital platforms such as DigiLocker, which have contributed to speculation about the exact release time. Students, already anxious about their results, are closely monitoring official announcements and websites for confirmation.
The NDTV report notes that once declared, the results will be accessible through official portals including mahahsscboard.in and mahresult.nic.in. In addition to websites, students will also be able to check their scores via DigiLocker and SMS services, offering multiple options to access their marksheets.
This year, a significant number of candidates appeared for the HSC examinations conducted between February and March, making the result announcement a crucial academic milestone. The ongoing confusion over timing has only added to the tension surrounding the declaration.
Authorities have urged students to rely solely on official communication to avoid misinformation. As the scheduled date arrives, attention remains focused on the board’s final announcement to clarify the exact timing.
The NDTV article highlights that despite the uncertainty, preparations for the result release are complete, and the declaration is expected to take place as planned. Students are advised to keep their login credentials ready to access their results promptly once the links go live.
