Adnan Sami Blasts Mumbai Airport’s Pranaam Service for Poor Performance

Mumbai, May 31, 2025 – Renowned singer Adnan Sami publicly criticized the Pranaam Meet and Greet Service at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) on Saturday, labeling it as highly inefficient and neglectful. In a series of posts on his official X account, Sami expressed frustration over what he described as repeated negative experiences with the premium service, calling it “careless” and “lazy.”
“Pranaam service at Mumbai airport has become the most inefficient, careless & lazy as hell service in all of India! They couldn’t care a damn for their clients!! Awful!! So many horrible experiences. Shameful,” Sami wrote. He urged the airport authorities, tagging @CSMIA_Official, to take immediate action to address the service’s shortcomings.
The Pranaam Meet and Greet Service is designed to provide passengers with a seamless airport experience, offering assistance with mobility, baggage handling, and VIP protocols. However, Sami did not elaborate on specific incidents that led to his dissatisfaction.
In response, the official Mumbai Airport account acknowledged Sami’s concerns, stating, “Dear Mr. Sami, thank you for writing to us. We are really concerned to hear this. We take your feedback very seriously and have communicated it to the concerned team for their attention. The comfort, safety and well-being of our passengers is our topmost priority. – Team CSMIA.”
Sami dismissed the airport’s reply as a “standard template bot reply,” expressing skepticism about its sincerity. As of now, neither CSMIA nor Pranaam has provided further comments on the issue.
