Pakistan Strikes Kabul Again, Four Killed in Fresh Afghanistan Attack

Istanbul: Pakistan has reportedly carried out another strike on Afghanistan, with explosions hitting parts of the Afghan capital, Kabul, and leaving at least four people dead. According to The Times of India, the attack damaged residential homes and heightened concerns about civilian safety as tensions between the two neighbouring countries continue to intensify.

Reports from local authorities indicated that the strike targeted areas within Kabul, where several houses were affected by the blasts. Police officials in the city confirmed that four people were killed in the incident, although details about the identities of the victims were not immediately available.

The attack marks another episode in the growing confrontation between Pakistan and Afghanistan, which has seen repeated cross-border strikes and military exchanges in recent weeks. The escalation follows a series of military operations and retaliatory attacks between the two sides, further straining relations between Islamabad and the Taliban-led government in Kabul.

Pakistan has previously stated that its operations in Afghanistan are aimed at militant groups allegedly operating from Afghan territory and launching attacks inside Pakistan. Afghan authorities, however, have rejected these claims and have accused Pakistan of violating Afghanistan’s sovereignty through airstrikes and military actions.

The latest incident adds to mounting regional instability as fighting between the two countries intensifies. Past airstrikes and clashes have already resulted in civilian casualties and significant damage to infrastructure in areas near the border as well as in major Afghan cities.

Officials in Kabul have condemned the attack, warning that such actions risk further escalating the conflict. Meanwhile, international observers have expressed concern about the impact of continued military operations on civilians and the potential for the crisis to widen if tensions between the two nations remain unresolved.
