American Rapper Eminem Becomes Grandfather As Daughter Hailie Jade Scott Welcomes First Child
Grammy-winning rapper Eminem has reached a new milestone in his personal life, becoming a grandfather as his daughter, Hailie Jade Scott, 29, and her husband, Evan McClintock, welcomed their first child a son named Elliot Marshall McClintock. The couple announced the joyous news via Instagram.
In her post, Scott shared the debut image of her baby boy, dressed in a light blue hooded sweater, positioned before a sign that revealed his full name and birthdate. Notably, she honored her father by incorporating his name, Marshall Mathers, as her son’s middle name.
Scott’s heartfelt caption read, “Happy due date3 weeks earthside little,” expressing her excitement and anticipation. According to People magazine, during her final episode of the ‘Just a Little Shady’ podcast prior to giving birth, the new mother discussed her mixed emotions about meeting the little person she helped create. “It’s so weird to think about. I can’t even wrap my head around it,” she admitted, reflecting on the mystery of her child’s future personality and appearance, yet remaining thoroughly excited.
Although Scott maintained much of her pregnancy privately, she and her husband offered occasional glimpses into their journey as expectant parents.
