New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued an official notice after several NEET UG 2026 candidates reported difficulties while downloading their admit cards from the official portal. According to Hindustan Times, many aspirants faced technical glitches and server-related problems while trying to access their hall tickets online.
To address the issue, the NTA assured students that the technical team is actively working to resolve the problem and restore smooth access to the website.
Alternative Methods to Access Hall Tickets
Amid the ongoing glitches, the NTA informed candidates that NEET UG 2026 admit cards are also available through the DigiLocker and UMANG platforms. Students who are unable to download the document from the official NEET website can use these alternate options to access their hall tickets.
How to download via DigiLocker ?
Follow these steps to download the hall ticket via Digilocker.
1. Visit the official website of Digilocker at digilocker.gov.in.
2. Click on NEET UG Admit Card 2026 link available under the documents section.
3. Enter the login details and click on submit.
4. Your hall ticket will be displayed.
5. Check the hall ticket and download the page.
6. Keep a hard copy of the same for further need.
Candidates have been advised to keep their login credentials ready while accessing the admit cards through these applications.
NTA Urges Candidates Not to Panic
The agency requested candidates to remain patient while the issue is being fixed. The NTA stated that efforts are underway to ensure that all students are able to download their admit cards before the examination.
As reported by Hindustan Times, the NTA reiterated that the admit card is a mandatory document for appearing in the NEET UG 2026 examination and candidates should verify all details mentioned on it carefully after downloading.

The NEET UG 2026 examination is scheduled to be conducted on June 21. Candidates appearing for the examination must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with valid identification documents to the examination centre.
