Prime Minster To Flag Off Valsad–Dahod Express On May 26, Check Details

Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually flag off two new train services in Gujarat, the Sabarmati–Veraval Vande Bharat Express and the Valsad–Dahod Express, on May 26. Both trains will commence regular operations from May 27, as announced by Western Railway.
The Valsad–Dahod Express, introduced to meet increasing passenger demand, will operate as train numbers 19011/19012. A special inaugural run (09011) will depart Valsad at 11:30 am on May 26 and reach Dahod at 5:25 pm. From May 27, the train will depart Valsad daily at 5:15 am and reach Dahod at 11:05 am. The return journey will begin at 11:55 am from Dahod, arriving in Valsad at 8:05 pm. The train will halt at 12 stations including Surat, Vadodara, and Godhra, and will offer AC chair car, second-class sitting, and general coaches.
The Sabarmati–Veraval Vande Bharat Express (train numbers 26901/26902) will operate six days a week, excluding Thursdays. It will depart Sabarmati at 5:25 am and reach Veraval by 12:25 pm. The return train will leave Veraval at 2:40 pm and arrive at Sabarmati by 9:35 pm. Key halts include Viramgam, Rajkot, and Junagadh. The train will feature AC Chair Car and Executive Chair Car coaches.
