PM Modi To Visit Gujarat For The First Time After ‘Operation Sindoor’; Preparations Start In Dahod, Kutch And Gandhinagar

Ahmedabad: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is to visit Gujarat on May 26 and 27, marking his first trip to the state following the notable ‘Operation Sindoor’, according to official sources. The visit includes key events across Dahod, Kutch, and Gandhinagar.

Preparations are in full swing for the high-profile visit. Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel held a planning session on Monday at his official residence, reviewing logistics, security arrangements, and event coordination. BJP organizational secretary Ratnakar also attended the strategy meeting.

Modi is likely to arrive in Gujarat on the evening of May 25. On May 26, he will begin his tour in the tribal region of Dahod, where he will inaugurate a newly built 9000-horsepower diesel locomotive at the Indian Railways production unit. He is also expected to unveil and lay the foundation for various regional development projects.

The Prime Minister will then travel to Kutch, where his itinerary includes offering prayers at the revered Mata no Madh temple and attending a series of public events in Bhuj, including a large rally and project inaugurations. He is expected to stay the night at Raj Bhavan. On May 27, Modi will take part in a significant state-level function at Mahatma Mandir in Gandhinagar. Preparations for the event are already underway.

Meanwhile, CM Bhupendra Patel is set to visit New Delhi on May 24-25 to attend the NITI Aayog Governing Council meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, and a conclave of chief ministers the following day.
