Ever since the Airport police discovered the body of a 22-year-old woman in Tandoor hotel, it has caused a stir. The police believed that the woman, identified as Nasrinbanu, was murdered. The investigation is being conducted by the Ahmedabad Crime Branch.
The crime branch checked the CCTV footages of the hotel, which established a crucial link in the investigation. Apparently, they found the suspected killer of Nasrinbanu. The police have apprehended a man named Chintan Vaghela on the basis of suspicion.
In their primary investigation, the crime branch found out that Chintan Vaghela went inside a room with Nasrinbanu. It is said that after he came out of the room, no one had entered there. Later, Nasrinbanu was found dead. Police believe that Chintan Vaghela strangled Nasrinbanu to death.
As soon as the police got to know that he had fled towards Anand, they immediately caught hold of him. Further investigations are on in the matter.
Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Nasrinbanu used to work at the food court of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International (SVPI) airport. She was found dead on Sunday afternoon inside a room at Tandoor hotel near Hansol Chowki.
