It is worth mentioning that the Gujarat High Court has taken a tough stance on helmets for two-wheeler riders in order to prevent accidents. As a result, the state government has become alert in this regard. In turn, the issue of helmet checking has once again started in the city. Earlier, drives were organized near government offices and on public roads.

In which, traffic police forces have been deployed at various government offices including Police Bhavan and Narmada Bhavan. The police have started checking vehicle documents by stopping the two-wheeler drivers passing through the public road.

Similarly, if individuals coming for government work, government employees and police personnel are caught without helmets, punitive action is taken against them on the spot. In addition, all the documents of the vehicle are also checked.

Thus, now that the helmet craze has once again gripped the city, two-wheeler drivers need to be especially careful.
