Jamnagar Blackout Cancelled Following India-Pakistan Ceasefire Announcement

Ahmedabad: Amid recent tensions between India and Pakistan, a blackout had been announced in Jamnagar for the night of Saturday, May 10, 2025. However, following the declaration of a ceasefire between the two nations, authorities have withdrawn the blackout order in the district.

Jamnagar District Collector Ketan Thakkar confirmed the development, stating that based on updated information, the previously declared blackout scheduled from 8 PM tonight until 6 AM tomorrow has been officially cancelled. Despite the withdrawal, residents have been advised to remain alert and to contact the district control room for any assistance.
