Gujarat Board HSE Results 2025: General Stream Pass Percentage At 93.07%, Science Stream At 83.51%

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has announced the results for Class 12 and GUJCET 2025. This year, the General stream recorded a pass percentage of 93.07%, while the Science stream achieved 83.51%. Compared to last year, the Science stream improved by 1%, and the General stream by 1.14%.

Morbi district topped the Science stream with a 92.91% pass rate. Gondal center had the highest center-wise result at 96.60%, while Dahod had the lowest at 54.48%.

In the General stream, Banaskantha district led with 97.20%. The lowest-performing center was Khavda with 52.56%. English medium students in the General stream scored 93.97%, while Gujarati medium students achieved 93.7%. Vadodara had the lowest district result at 87.77%. Girls outperformed boys in the General stream, securing a 95.23% pass rate, compared to 90.78% for boys.

In the Science stream, 831 students received A1 grades and 8,093 earned A2 grades. Group-wise pass percentages were: A Group – 91.90%, B Group – 78.74%, and AB Group – 73.68%.Out of all schools, 194 achieved a 100% pass result in the Science stream, while 34 schools had less than 10%.

A total of 1,11,384 students appeared for the Science stream and 4,23,909 for the General stream. The board will soon issue circulars regarding mark sheets, certificates, rechecking, name corrections, and reappearing for exams.
