Gujarat Board Class 10 Exam Preparations Intensify: Schools Directed To Upload Internal Marks, Know the Deadline

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has issued important updates regarding the Class 10 examinations scheduled for March. As the board’s main examinations approach the final stage, schools have been instructed to begin uploading students’ internal assessment marks and school-level subject scores on the online portal. The marks can be submitted through gseb.org and sscmarks.gseb.org.

Deadline Set from February 5 to February 21

According to the notification released by the board, schools have been given a window from February 5, 2026, to February 21, 2026, to upload marks for Class 10 and Sanskrit Prathama examination candidates. Schools must complete the online data entry through the board’s official website during this period. Failure to upload marks within the specified timeframe may result in strict action against the concerned schools.

How to Submit the Marks?

Login Process: Schools need to log in using their index number and registered mobile number.

Candidate Details: Marks for each student must be accurately entered based on their name and application number.

Vocational Subjects: Schools offering vocational subjects under the Sector Skill Council (SSC) are required to upload 50 marks for practical assessment as well. For this purpose, schools must enter the marks obtained from the council’s representative.

If any school encounters technical issues or confusion during the mark submission process, they can contact the Secondary Branch of the board office in Gandhinagar with necessary documentation. These internal marks play a crucial role in students’ final results, therefore schools have been urged to exercise complete caution while uploading the data.
