GSEB Class 10 Result 2025 Announced: Gujarat Board Records 83.08% Pass Rate

Ahmedabad: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has officially declared the Class 10 (SSC) result today, Thursday, May 8 at 8 AM. This announcement follows the recent declaration of the Class 12 results for both the General and Science streams. This year, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 stands at 83.08%.

Students can check their results online by visiting the official GSEB website at www.gseb.org and entering their seat number. Alternatively, results can also be accessed by sending the seat number via WhatsApp to 6357300971.

The board conducted the SSC and Sanskrit Prathama examinations in February-March 2025. According to GSEB, a total of 7,62,485 regular students registered for the exams. Out of them, 7,46,892 students appeared, and 6,20,532 students passed, resulting in a regular student pass rate of 83.08%.

In addition to regular candidates, 82,313 repeater candidates registered for the exams. Of these, 78,613 appeared, and 25,357 passed—marking a pass percentage of 32.26% among repeater students. Furthermore, for GSOS (Gujarat State Open School) students, 19,925 candidates registered, with 18,553 appearing. Out of these, 5,043 students passed, bringing the GSOS pass percentage to 27.18%.

Banaskantha district recorded the highest performance with a pass percentage of 89.29%. Last year, Gandhinagar held the top spot with 87.22%. On the other hand, Kheda district registered the lowest pass percentage this year at 72.55%.
