A plane has crashed on the outskirts of Suvarda village on Kalavad road in Jamnagar. According to the information, one pilot died in accident. While another has been shifted to hospital for treatment. As soon as the plane crashed, people from the surrounding areas reached the scene. A police convoy including the SP and Collector rushed to the scene. The fire department team also reached the spot.
A video of the incident has also surfaced, in which the pilot is lying injured on the ground and a crowd of people is gathered around him. Also, pieces of the plane are scattered around and there is a fire.
As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police administration reached the spot and controlled the situation. The pilot was sent to the hospital for treatment. Top officials of the Air Force also reached the spot and started investigating the reasons for the crash.
The latest incident came a month after another Jaguar fighter jet crashed near Haryana’s Panchkula due to a system malfunction. The pilot managed to steer the aircraft away from populated areas before ejecting safely. The aircraft had taken off from the Ambala airbase on a training sortie.
