Factory Manufacturing Fake Liquor Busted In Jamnagar; Six Accused Arrested

A team of LCB has busted a mini-factory manufacturing fake liquor in Jamnagar. On the basis of received information, the team raided the Navy Moda village and arrested 6 individuals. In addition, goods worth Rs 7.28 lakh and 1,056 pouches of fake liquor were seized.
The police had raided a residential place in the Navy Moda village of Jamnagar. It was revealed that a factory was being run there, in which fake liquor was being manufactured. The accused used to manufacture fake liquor which was similar to foreign liquor, and put forged company stickers. The fake liquor was made by using chemicals.
In this racket, the police have arrested 6 individuals, namely, Hardeepsinh, Shri Rajsinh alias Siddhrajsinh Upendrasinh, Arjunsingh Tejsingh Sodha, Suryapratapsingh Rathod, Saitansingh Rathod, and Savarlal Ghevarchandra Kalal. All accused have been detained, and investigations in the matter are going on.
In the raid, goods including 1,056 pouches of fake liquor, chemicals, mobile phones, and vehicles were seized. The total worth of the seized goods accounts to Rs 7,28,450. The police have registered a prohibition case against the accused, and are conducting further investigations.
