
A horrific accident has taken place near Satapar of Anjar taluka, in which a Creta car collided with 2 bikes. This triple accident has resulted in the on the spot deaths of 2 people, whereas a 10-year-old girl has been severely injured.

The accident took place on the Satapar highway. Apparently, the Creta car, in a bid to overtake a vehicle, collided with 2 bikes coming from the other side. A mother-son duo riding on one of the bikes died on the spot due to the fatal collision. They have been identified as Sharadgiri Maheshgiri Goswami and Savitriben Maheshgiri Goswami. A 10-year-old girl who was with them got severely injured and was shifted to the GK General Hospital of Bhuj by 108 ambulance services.

On the other hand, 4 people were riding on the other bike. They have suffered minor injuries and have been shifted to the hospital for treatment. Local people also rushed to the spot as the accident took place, and helped the injured.
Meanwhile, Anjar police immediately reached the spot. They are searching for the absconding Creta driver. Investigations are on in the matter. The accident has sent shock waves through the deceased’s family.

Deaths due to overtaking and reckless driving are rising. This incident has raised concerns about road safety. Road and highway accidents are increasing in the state day by day. This sparks concerns about the driving ability and awareness of the drivers. In such cases, people in the surroundings are also at danger, as they are dragged into the accident without any involvement.
