CRPF Constable Confesses to Murder of Police Officer Partner in Gujarat

In a shocking incident in Gujarat’s Kutch district, a Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) constable allegedly killed his live-in partner, a woman police officer, on Friday night. The accused, Dileep Dangchia, turned himself in at the Anjar police station where the victim was stationed the following morning, confessing to the crime.
The victim, Arunaben Natubhai Jadav, was a 25-year-old Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) at Anjar Police Station. Police reports indicate that the couple, who had been in a long-term relationship, got into a heated argument at their shared residence in Anjar. The dispute escalated when Arunaben allegedly made derogatory remarks about Dangchia’s mother, enraging him. “The argument grew so intense that Dilip strangled Arunaben in a fit of anger,” said Mukesh Chaudhary, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) of Anjar Division.
