A fire broke out in a chemical factory in Vatva GIDC today (June 8). The fire took place in Jayshree Chemical Factory of Ramdev Estate-4 in Vatva. Three vehicles of the fire department reached the spot and controlled the fire.

As per sources, the fire broke out in the Phase 4 of Vatva GIDC, in a chemical factory. It has been found that the fire took place due to a spark when welding was going on. Following the incident, three vehicles of the fire department reached the spot and managed to control the fire. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported. Meanwhile, the fire caused an atmosphere of fear and panic among the locals.

It is also worth noting that a massive fire had taken place at the same place a month ago. A fire had broken out in a chemical factory in the Vatva GIDC area of ​​Ahmedabad. After receiving information about the incident, more than 10 fire brigade vehicles and high officials had reached the spot. Due to the presence of solvent and ethyl chemicals, the fire had taken a ferocious form. Three to four factories and vehicles around the factory had also been caught in the fire.
