25-Year-Old Woman Dies After Being Hit By Speeding Car In Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: A 25-year-old woman tragically lost her life after being hit by a speeding car on the road from Gandhinagar’s Tapovan Circle to Zundal. According to reports, the deceased, Heenaben Panchal, was riding home from her workplace on April 15 when a Honda Amaze car collided with her motorcycle from behind.

The accident resulted in severe head injuries, which proved fatal. The impact was so forceful that the car veered off the road, and its airbags were deployed. Police reports indicate that Heena was rushed to MMS Hospital but died during the treatment. Her father, Ashokkumar, and brother, Satishbhai, confirmed her death at the hospital.

Ashokkumar has filed a complaint alleging that the accident occurred due to reckless and irresponsible driving. The police have launched an investigation into the matter. According to the complaint filed at Adalaj Police Station, Heena was a resident of Chandkheda and worked as an accountant at Setu Complex in the Motera area. The driver of the car, Mohit Gupta, claimed the accident occurred because he had fallen asleep at the wheel.
