Two Arrested For Trespassing At Salman Khan’s Mumbai Residence: Security Heightened

Mumbai: In two unrelated incidents within 48 hours, a man and a woman were arrested for attempting to trespass into Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s residence in Bandra, Mumbai, police said on Thursday. According to officials from the Bandra police station, separate FIRs have been registered following the incidents that occurred on Tuesday and Wednesday at Galaxy Apartments, where the actor resides.

On Tuesday, 23-year-old Jitendra Kumar Singh from Chhattisgarh was reportedly spotted loitering near Khan’s building early in the day. When questioned by a police officer stationed for the actor’s security, Singh was asked to leave. In response, he allegedly threw his phone on the ground in anger.

Later that evening, Singh managed to enter the premises in a car belonging to a resident of the building. He was intercepted again and handed over to police. During interrogation, Singh revealed he was trying to meet Salman Khan but was denied access, prompting his attempts to bypass security.

In a separate case the following day, a woman identified as Isha Chhabra managed to enter the building and reportedly reached the floor of Khan’s residence before being caught. The CCTV footage outside the apartment has captured her photo and is now going viral on social media.

Both individuals have been arrested, and cases of trespassing have been filed under relevant sections of the law. Authorities are continuing their investigation into both incidents. The police deployment outside Salman Khan’s residence has been heightened after the breaches.
