‘The Family Man 3’ Actor Rohit Basfore Found Dead in Suspected Drowning Near Guwahati
Post-Mortem Reports Of The Actor Are Awaited
In a shocking incident, actor and gym trainer, Rohit Basfore, was found dead in the Jalukpaham waterfall near Garbhanga Wildlife Sanctuary, near Guwahati, on Sunday, April 27. The 25-year-old Assam-based actor was a part of the web series ‘The Family Man 3’. The police suspect it to be a case of drowning. Further investigations are on.
The Superintendent of Police of Kamrup district informed that they received the news about a drowning incident at around 4 pm on Sunday. They reached to the spot immediately, and the body was recovered at around 8 pm with the help of divers.
Following which, the body was taken to the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where he was confirmed to be dead, after which it was sent for post-mortem. Police officials informed that it appears to be a case of drowning and the post-mortem reports are awaited. There are no allegations of murder as of now.
