Spider-Man 4 Title Officially Release As Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Sony’s CinemaCon presentation brought a wave of exciting updates from the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and beyond, headlined by major news about the fourth Spider-Man film. Tom Holland will once again don the iconic Spidey suit, marking his return after a short break following the 2021 box-office hit No Way Home.
Taking over directorial duties from Jon Watts—who steered the previous Spider-Man trilogy—is Destin Daniel Cretton, the filmmaker behind Shang-Chi. The cast also welcomes Sadie Sink in a yet-to-be-revealed role, adding intrigue to the project.
The big reveal at CinemaCon was the film’s official title: Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Accompanying the announcement was a refreshed logo design, featuring a slightly altered font from past Spider-Man movies. However, the “Brand New Day” subtitle retains the typeface seen in Homecoming, cleverly tying this new chapter to the earlier trilogy. The title hints at a fresh beginning while nodding to a notable comics storyline where Spider-Man navigates a world unaware of his true identity—a setup that mirrors the ending of No Way Home.
Mark your calendars: Spider-Man: Brand New Day is slated to swing into theaters on July 31, 2026. Within the MCU timeline, it lands just months after Avengers: Doomsday and roughly a year before Secret Wars in 2027, making 2026 a blockbuster year for Marvel fans.
To meet that summer 2026 premiere, production on Brand New Day will kick off later this summer. Anticipation is already building for Spider-Man’s next web-slinging adventure.
