Shah Rukh Khan Condemned Pahalgam Attack On Tourists

Mumbai: Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan expressed their ‘sadness’ and condemned the Pahalgam attack. The two stars shared a post on X and sent their prayers to the families who lost their loved ones.

Words fail to express the sadness and anger at the treachery and inhumane act of violence that has occurred in Pahalgam. In times like these, one can only turn to God and say a prayer for the families that suffered and express my deepest condolences, SRK wrote.

Salman Khan mourned the lost lives and wrote, “Kashmir, heaven on planet heart,h turning into hell. Innocent people being targeted, my heart goes out to their families. Ek bhi innocent ko marna puri kainath ko marne ke barabar hai (Taking the life of even one innocent is equivalent to destroying the entire universe) (sic).”

SRK and Salman joined several other movie celebrities and politicians, including Allu Arjun, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor and Akshay Kumar among others who expressed their shock and anger at the attack. Many tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi in leading a demand for justice for the victims and their families. Meanwhile, security agencies have released a photo as well as sketches of the suspected terrorists behind the attack in Kashmir’s Pahalgam.
