What exactly is a Digital Detox ?

A digital detox is a deliberate period of time spent away from electronic devices, such as smartphones and computers, to reduce stress and physical strain. By muting the constant noise of notifications and social media, it helps you reconnect with the physical world and improve your mental clarity. Ultimately, it’s a way to break the cycle of “always-on” connectivity, allowing for better sleep, deeper focus, and more meaningful face-to-face interactions.

In recent times, due to continuous use of smartphone and digital aspects in day to day life experts recommend to set clear boundaries so as to retain mental peace for a healthy lifestyle.

Prior to beginning his break from social media, Karan shared a video clip of Bollywood icon Alia Bhatt delivering a Republic Day message to his followers. In addition to the holiday greeting, the director utilized his platform to applaud the box-office achievements of two major new films: the Ranveer Singh starrer Dhurandhar and Sunny Deol’s highly anticipated sequel, Border 2.
