Gauri Khan Secures Khar West Flat for Staff at ₹1.35 Lakh Monthly

Gauri Khan, renowned interior designer and spouse of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan, has leased a 2BHK apartment in Mumbai’s Khar West for her staff, according to documents. The rental agreement, set at ₹1.35 lakh per month, spans three years for residential use.

Located in the Pali Hill Pankaj Premises Cooperative Society Ltd, the 725-square-foot apartment features a hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The lease, effective from April 10, 2025, to April 9, 2028, includes a monthly rent of ₹1.35 lakh for the first year, increasing to ₹1.41 lakh in the second year and ₹1.48 lakh in the third year. A stamp duty of ₹2.22 lakh and registration fees of ₹2,000 were paid for the transaction, finalized on February 14, 2025, as per the documents.

This move coincides with ongoing renovations at the Khans’ iconic Bandra residence, Mannat. Shah Rukh Khan, along with Gauri and their children Suhana, Aryan, and AbRam, has relocated to two luxury duplexes in the Puja Casa building in Pali Hill, leased for ₹8.67 crore over three years.
