These investors include Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Anu Malik, and Sonakshi Sinha.

Amitabh Bachchan :
The name itself is legendary, also known as the “Big B” of Bollywood, is a legendary actor who has conveyed numerous blockbuster films. The actor made his acting debut in 1969 with the movie” Saat Hindustani”. The actor is also well -known as the host of the popular quiz show” Kaun Banega crorepati”. Amitabh Bachchan owns a property in the Atlantis Mumbai a residential project by Crystal Group in Oshiwara. The property spans approximately 1.55 acres and offers apartments with configurations of 4,5 and 6 BHK. The actor brough the property for rs 31 crore in April 2021 and sold it in January 2025. He sold the flat for Rs 83 crore. Big B has made a profit of 168 percent after selling a duplex in Mumbai.
Akshay Kumar :
Akshay Kumar is a well known actor in Bollywood , famously known as ” Khiladi Kumar”. The actor has started his career in 1991 with the film “Saugandh”. Akshay Kumar has appeared in more than 150 films and has won several awards, including two National Film Awards anf two filmfare Awards. He was even honoured with Padma Shri . The property was located in Borivali east within the Sky City developed by Oberoi Realty, including two car parking spaces, the apartment has a carpet area of 1.073 sq.ft. The property was purchased by Kumar for Rs. 4,25 crore and it was sold for 4.35 crore. Akshay kumar earned a profit of approximately 84 percent form selling the property.
Sonakshi Sinha:
Sonakshi Sinha is a Bollywood actress and the daughter of the politicians Poonam and Shatrughan SInha. Sonakshi has delivered many hit films in the industry. The breakout movie;’Dabangg” was particularly successful and earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. The actress owns a property at MJ Shah Group in Bandra. The apartment features two parking spaces, with a carpet area of 4,211 square feet. Sonakshi Sinha purchased her sea facing apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra for 14 crore and it was later sold for 22.5 crore. Sinha gained about 61 percent profit on the original purchase price.
