Eid Appearance : Salman Waves At Fans From Behind Bulletproof Glass

Actor Salman Khan extended Eid greetings to his fans on Monday. Dressed in a white kurta-pyjama, the superstar waved to the crowd gathered outside his Bandra residence through bulletproof glass.

Khan is seen posing with Aayat. The actor’s appearance comes amid the grand release of his film ‘Sikandar’, which has received a mixed response from the audience in theatres. Khan is also dealing with multiple death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi and his gang members.

The actor also shared a video of him greeting the sea of fans outside his building. He could be seen lifting his niece to give her a glimpse of the crowd. “Shukriya Thank you aur sab ko Eid Mubarak (sic)!,” he wrote in the caption of his post.

Khan’s ‘Sikandar’, which hit the screens on Sunday, earned around Rs 30 crore nett in India on its opening day. The film is poised to do better business today, and in the days ahead, considering the Eid festivities.

The film is expected to hit the Rs 100 crore benchmark by the end of its first week. The film, also starring Sathyaraj, Rashmika Mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi, is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. He is yet to announce his next project.
