Aditya Dhar’s spy thriller Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, has solidified its position as the top-earning film of 2025 by surpassing the ₹1000 crore milestone in worldwide collections within three weeks of its release.

The movie, which hit theaters on December 5, maintained robust performance even during the holiday season, recording a significant boost on Christmas Day despite facing competition from Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday’s romantic drama Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (TMMTMTTM).

In its opening week, Dhurandhar amassed ₹218 crore, followed by ₹261.5 crore in the second week. Entering its third week, the film added ₹160.70 crore from days 15 to 20, before earning an impressive ₹28.60 crore on Christmas. For context, TMMTMTTM collected around ₹7.25 crore net in India on its debut day, which fell on a Thursday.

According to the producers, Jio Studios, Dhurandhar has achieved a net collection of ₹668.80 crore in India over 21 days. This translates to a domestic gross of ₹789.18 crore, combined with ₹217.50 crore from international markets, resulting in a total worldwide gross of ₹1006.7 crore.

Directed and co-produced by Aditya Dhar under Jio Studios and B62 Studios, Dhurandhar features a cast that includes Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi.
