BLACKPINK Makes History As First Artist Channel To Hit 100 Million YouTube Subscribers

BLACKPINK has achieved a groundbreaking milestone by becoming the first Official Artist Channel on YouTube to reach 100 million subscribers.
The K-pop supergroup comprising Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé surpassed the mark on Friday, February 20, 2026, as announced by the platform and their agency YG Entertainment. YouTube marked the occasion with a celebratory post stating, “BLINKs, you did it! A massive congratulations to BLACKPINK for reaching 100M subscribers on YouTube!” The group received a custom Red Diamond Creator Award to commemorate the feat.
BLACKPINK’s official channel, launched on June 28, 2016, has consistently dominated YouTube records. It features nine music videos that have each exceeded one billion views, including “DDU-DU DDU-DU,” “Kill This Love,” “How You Like That,” “BOOMBAYAH,” and “Pink Venom.” Solo tracks from members Lisa and Jennie have also crossed the billion-view threshold. The channel holds multiple spots in YouTube’s top 10 all-time 24-hour music video debuts, with “Pink Venom” garnering over 90 million views and “How You Like That” more than 86 million in their first day, while Lisa’s “LALISA” delivered one of the platform’s biggest first-day performances.
In a post shared via YG Entertainment on Instagram, BLACKPINK expressed gratitude to their fans (known as BLINKs), captioning a photo of the members holding the award: “Thank you, BLINKs!”
This achievement arrives as the group gears up for their return as a full quartet. Following the conclusion of their world tour featuring 33 shows across 16 cities, BLACKPINK is scheduled to release their third mini-album, DEADLINE, on February 27, 2026, their first full-group project in three years. The album includes the lead single “JUMP” along with four additional tracks: “GO,” “Me and my,” “Champion,” and “Fxxxboy.”
