Sohail Khan Inks Rs. 10.3 Crore Deal for Bandra Shop Lease

Bollywood actor and producer Sohail Khan has entered into a significant commercial lease agreement for a shop in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra area. The property, located on the ground floor of the Rustomjee Seasons building at the junction of 14th and 33rd Road, was leased for a total of Rs. 10.3 crore over a five-year term.
The lease, registered on March 31, 2025, as per documents accessed , involves a 1,133-square-foot (carpet area) shop. The agreement stipulates a monthly rent of Rs. 17.16 lakh, inclusive of GST, translating to a rate of approximately Rs. 1,515 per square foot. The deal includes a security deposit of Rs. 51.48 lakh and a stamp duty of Rs. 61.44 lakh, with the lease commencing on April 1, 2025, for a 60-month period.
Situated in Bandra West, a prime location known for its vibrant commercial and residential appeal, the shop benefits from its proximity to notable establishments like the Pali Village Café and the Pali Hill residential area, home to several Bollywood celebrities. The Rustomjee Seasons building, developed by Rustomjee Developers, is a premium mixed-use property, enhancing the shop’s commercial value.
This transaction underscores the robust demand for high-value retail spaces in Bandra, a hub for both business and entertainment in Mumbai. Neither Sohail Khan nor his representatives have issued a public statement regarding the lease.
