Kedarnath: The revered Kedarnath Temple reopened its doors to devotees on Wednesday morning, marking the beginning of the annual pilgrimage season. According to a report by Jagran, the ceremonial opening took place amid the chanting of Vedic hymns and the performance of traditional rituals.
The temple, which remains closed during the winter months due to extreme weather conditions, welcomed pilgrims once again at around 8 am. The reopening ceremony was conducted with full religious customs, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere for the thousands of devotees present.
As per Jagran, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was also present during the occasion. The shrine was beautifully decorated with large quantities of flowers, enhancing the grandeur of the event.
