‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’ Trailer Dropping Tomorrow — Here’s What We Know
After months of leaked footage and online speculation, Marvel and Sony are finally releasing an official trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day tomorrow. Reports point to Tuesday or Wednesday as the drop date, depending on time zone. No official post from the studio yet, but multiple sources have confirmed it’s happening.
It’s going out with ‘Project Hail Mary’
The trailer is attached to Project Hail Mary, Ryan Gosling’s upcoming film opening in theatres this weekend. Buzz about a trailer launch had been circulating since last week the theatrical attachment makes it official. Most people will likely catch it before the main feature.
The trailer has already leaked. Twice.
This will technically be the first official look at the film, but it’s hardly a surprise reveal at this point. The trailer leaked twice before Marvel and Sony scrambled to pull it down — first in a pixelated version, then in HD recorded off a computer screen. Whether the official cut differs from what’s already out there is the real question worth watching for.
About ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’
The studio hasn’t confirmed plot details, but leaked footage points to a story that follows Peter Parker after the events of No Way Home where Doctor Strange’s spell wiped the world’s memory of Spider-Man, leaving Peter starting from scratch. The film is also expected to introduce new MCU heroes and villains. Sadie Sink is rumoured to be playing Jean Grey, with a larger MCU role expected to follow.
Cast and release date
Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker, alongside Zendaya as MJ, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, and Jon Bernthal as the Punisher. Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theatres on 31 July 2026.
