Paresh Rawal Finally Confirms His Comeback In Hera Pheri 3, Says “It Is All Resolved Now”

In news that will make the day for Hera Pheri fans, veteran actor Paresh Rawal has finally confirmed his return as the legendary character Babu Rao. This announcement comes after months of speculation and uncertainty over whether the iconic trio would reunite for the highly anticipated third installment of the beloved comedy franchise.
Surprising fans with the revelation, Rawal stated that all issues have now been resolved and there is no bad blood between him and the team. “It’s all resolved now, nothing has happened,” he said, putting an end to the swirling rumors that had dominated headlines.
The confirmation came during a conversation with Himanshu Mehta on his podcast. Interestingly, just weeks ago, Rawal shared a post indicating that he was exiting the Hera Pheri franchise. What followed was a whirlwind of public drama, statements, and even a legal dispute involving Akshay Kumar.
When asked about the controversy surrounding Hera Pheri 3, Rawal dismissed the notion altogether. “Nahi, controversy kuch nahi hai (There’s no controversy),” he said. “I believe that when people have loved something so much, you have to be extra careful. It is our responsibility toward the audience. The audience has given you so much adulation—you can’t take that for granted. Mehnat karke unko do (Work hard and give them the film). So I was of the opinion that everyone should come together and put in the effort. That’s all. It is all resolved now.”
Confirming his return to Hera Pheri 3, Rawal added that they had already been working on the project. “Pehle bhi aane hi waali thi (The film was already on track to release), but we just had to fine-tune ourselves (laughs). After all, everyone involved is a creative force—whether it’s Priyadarshan, Akshay, or Suniel. They’ve all been friends for many, many years.”
